The goal of this inventory is to protect the varied environmental resources of the Township, while simultaneously accommodating inevitable future growth and development. This Natural Resource Inventory distinguishes between those portions of the Township which are highly sensitive to disturbance and those areas where development is least likely to degrade the environment. The information and maps in this Inventory, when coupled with other social and economic data, provide a sound basis for decisions for Mansfield Township land uses.
