Abstract

El 22 de mayo del 2009 se celebró el 2do ciclo de conferencias de APAR, llamado «Arte Rupestre – Arte en Roca». Este fue un evento muy importante y significativo, el mismo reunió notables investigadores del arte rupestre peruano para exponer parte de los estudios que se encuentran llevando a cabo en este campo del conocimiento arqueológico nacional. La presencia de experimentados investigadores, junto a jóvenes estudiosos, provenientes todos de diversos lugares del país, contrastó con lo variado de la temática cuyos tópicos abarcaron tanto aspectos retóricos de la investigación rupestre como específicas muestras nacionales de diferentes regiones del Perú (Tacna, Trujillo, Cusco, Lima y Huancavelica).
