Estudio del Estado Residual en la Interfase de Sólidos Bimetálicos Obtenidos por Manufactura Aditiva

Abstract

La aplicación de procesos de fabricación aditiva en la obtención componentes metálicos para la industria aeroespacial se encuentra en su apogeo. Esto se debe principalmente a dos aspectos muy beneficiosos, se pueden reproducir geometrías complejas y minimizar los procesos posteriores (ej.: mecanizado). En particular la fabricación aditiva de toberas de cohetes con combustible líquido es un objetivo primordial en esta industria, esto se sustenta en la posibilidad de aplicar distintos materiales en el espesor de la tobera. En este tipo de aplicaciones suele emplearse una aleación con alta conductividad térmica en la parte interna de la tobera y otra aleación con alta resistencia mecánica en la parte externa. Inclusive la tobera suele tener canales donde circula el combustible ayudando a la refrigeración de esta. La fabricación aditiva involucra aspectos físicos complejos entre los cuales se observan distorsiones y tensiones residuales. Este estado residual (tensiones y distorsiones) puede comprometer la vinculación en la interfase entre los distintos metales. En este trabajo se estudia como impactan algunos parámetros del proceso de manufactura aditiva (ej: energía, diámetro y velocidad del láser, cantidad de material aportado, etc) en el estado residual de la interfase entre dos aleaciones que son típicamente empleados para la obtención de este componente aeroespacial.
