Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji akibat hukum perkawinan campuran danhukum yang digunakan dalam perjanjian perkawinan. Perkawinan campuran adalahperkawinan antara laki-laki dan perempuan yang berbeda kewarganegaraan. Akibathukum perkawinan campuran ini akan terletak pada bidang harta kekayaan, misalnyahak milik atas tanah hanya dapat dimiliki oleh warga negara Indonesia, jenis PT dansebagainya. Solusi dari hal ini adalah akad nikah untuk memisahkan harta. Sistem hukumyang digunakan adalah sistem hukum Indonesia selama perkawinan berlangsung diIndonesia
