INTERPRETAÇÕES DA CRISE DO CAPITAL E MERCADO DE TRABALHO¹

Abstract

Constata, no momento atual, um crescente desenvolvimento tecnológico e a aplicação de novas técnicas de gestão dos fatores de produção. As transformações no processo produtivo de bens e serviços têm tido rebatimentos importantes sobre as relações de produção entre os agentes econômicos, o que tem gerado a necessidade de capitalistas e trabalhadores reavaliarem suas estratégias diante das novas configurações do processo produtivo. Mostra que, diante das modificações na economia mundial e da intensificação do comércio entre os países, antigos conceitos têm sido questionados e novos são formulados para tentar explicar o teor e alcance das mudanças ocorridas, assim como suas conseqüências sobre os elementos que formam o mundo do trabalho. No interior desta discussão, analisa quatro interpretações relacionadas à estruturação e às modificações que vêm sendo observadas no sistema capitalista e no mercado de trabalho: especialização flexível, regulacionista, pós-keynesiana e marxista.
