PEMIKIRAN INTEGRATIF TEOLOGI DAN KEWIRAUSAHAAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menggali integrasi nilai-nilai teologi dalam praktik kewirausahaan modern, khususnya dalam membangun paradigma bisnis yang beretika, inklusif, dan berkelanjutan. Latar belakang penelitian berangkat dari perubahan orientasi dunia usaha yang tidak lagi hanya menekankan keuntungan finansial, tetapi juga mempertimbangkan tanggung jawab sosial, keadilan, dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Nilai-nilai teologi, seperti penatalayanan, keadilan sosial, dan kasih, dipandang mampu memberikan landasan moral yang kokoh bagi pengambilan keputusan bisnis. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan kombinasi studi kasus dan deskriptif-analitik. Data dikumpulkan melalui telaah literatur dan observasi fenomena kewirausahaan yang mengintegrasikan dimensi spiritual. Analisis dilakukan secara interpretatif untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan makna yang muncul dari praktik bisnis berbasis nilai teologis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa paradigma kewirausahaan berbasis spiritualitas memperluas kerangka triple bottom line (profit, people, planet) dengan menambahkan dimensi spiritualitas. Wirausahawan yang berlandaskan iman cenderung menampilkan integritas, transparansi, serta kepedulian sosial dan ekologis. Nilai spiritual juga mendorong inovasi ramah lingkungan, meningkatkan loyalitas konsumen dan karyawan, serta memperkuat peran sosial bisnis dalam komunitas. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi teologi dan kewirausahaan menghadirkan paradigma baru yang tidak hanya relevan secara akademis, tetapi juga praktis. Kewirausahaan berbasis teologi dapat menjadi agen transformasi yang membawa kesejahteraan, keadilan sosial, dan kelestarian ciptaan.
