PENGARUH GAYA BELAJAR DAN LINGKUNGAN BELAJAR TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA

Abstract

<p>Penelitian ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya belajar dan lingkungan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert dan diperoleh sampel dari 100 responden dengan kriteria responden mahasiswa aktif pada Fakultas Ekonomi, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Teknik analisis menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 4.0 Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan konstruk multidimensional reflektif. Penilaian pada model pengukuran reflektif mencakup Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, dan Composite Reliability. Dalam pengujian variabel dengan model struktural, perlu menggunakan bantuan prosedur Bootstrapping yang terdapat pada SmartPLS. Hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh: (1) hasil uji koefisien jalur memiliki nilai p-values sebesar 0.042 &lt; 0.05 yg menunjukkan variabel gaya belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar; (2) hasil uji koefisien jalur memiliki nilai p-values sebesar 0.016 &lt; 0.05 yg menunjukkan variabel lingkungan belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar; (3) hasil uji koefisien jalur memiliki nilai p-values sebesar 0.000 &lt; 0.05 yg menunjukkan variabel gaya belajar dan lingkungan belajar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Mahasiswa perlu menyesuaikan diri lebih baik antara gaya belajar yang dimiliki dengan metode pembelajaran yang digunakan serta lingkungan belajar yang mumpuni dalam belajar karena hal tersebut mempengaruhi prestasi belajar.</p>
