Cuidados paliativos en pacientes con muerte cerebral

Abstract

Introduction : La mort cérébrale est une lésion au niveau cérébral, pouvant causer des dommages irréversibles, étant donné que la mort est la perte irréversible des fonctions cérébrales.Objectif : Identifier le rôle du personnel infirmier chez les patients atteints de mort cérébrale avec un pronostic sévère et l'impact du soignant.Méthode : Examen systématique de la littérature en sélectionnant des articles académiques dans différentes sources bibliographiques.Résultats : 20 articles scientifiques originaux ont été sélectionnés qui ont déterminé l'incidence de cette maladie chez les jeunes adultes et l'importance des soins palliatifs.Conclusions : La mort cérébrale a un impact physique, psychologique et émotionnel ; le personnel infirmier s'engage à soigner minutieusement le patient en se concentrant sur les soins palliatifs afin de soulager la douleur, d'assurer le confort, le bien-être et une mort digne en apportant un soutien émotionnel aux membres de la famille.

Introducción: La muerte cerebral es una lesión a nivel encefálico, pudiendo ocasionar un daño irreversible, dado a que la muerte es la perdida irreversible de las funciones cerebrales.Objetivo: Identificar el rol del personal de enfermería en paciente con muerte cerebral con pronóstico grave y el impacto que cumple el cuidador.Método: Revisión sistemática de la literatura mediante la selección de artículos académicos en diferentes fuentes bibliográficas.Resultados: Se seleccionaron 20 artículos científicos originales que determinaron la incidencia de esta afección en adultos jóvenes y la importancia de los cuidados paliativos.Conclusiones: La muerte cerebral tiene un impacto físico, psicológico y emocional; el personal de enfermería se ve comprometido al cuidado minucioso del paciente centrados en los cuidados paliativos con el fin de aliviar el dolor, proporcionar confort, bienestar, y una muerte digna brindando apoyo emocional a los familiares.

Introduction: Brain death is an injury at the brain level, and can cause irreversible damage, given that death is the irreversible loss of brain functions.Objective: Identify the role of nursing staff in patients with brain death with a serious prognosis and the impact that the caregiver has.Method: Systematic review of the literature through the selection of academic articles in different bibliographic sources.Results: 20 original scientific articles were selected that determined the incidence of this condition in young adults and the importance of palliative care.Conclusions: Brain death has a physical, psychological and emotional impact; nursing staff is committed to the meticulous care of the patient focused on palliative care in order to relieve pain, provide comfort, well-being, and a dignified death by providing emotional support to family members.

مقدمة: موت الدماغ هو إصابة على مستوى الدماغ، ويمكن أن يسبب ضررًا لا رجعة فيه، نظرًا لأن الموت هو فقدان وظائف الدماغ بشكل لا رجعة فيه .الهدف: تحديد دور طاقم التمريض في المرضى الذين يعانون من موت الدماغ مع تشخيص خطير والتأثير الذي لدى مقدم الرعاية .الطريقة: مراجعة منهجية للأدبيات من خلال اختيار المقالات الأكاديمية في مصادر ببليوغرافية مختلفة .النتائج: تم اختيار 20 مقالًا علميًا أصليًا حددت حدوث هذه الحالة لدى الشباب وأهمية الرعاية التلطيفية .الاستنتاجات: موت الدماغ له تأثير جسدي ونفسي وعاطفي ؛ يلتزم طاقم التمريض بالرعاية الدقيقة للمريض الذي يركز على الرعاية التلطيفية من أجل تخفيف الألم وتوفير الراحة والرفاهية والموت الكريم من خلال توفير الدعم العاطفي لأفراد الأسرة.
