Os Acidentes de Trabalho em Teletrabalho

Abstract

Neste texto pretendemos contribuir para a interpretação dos conceitos de local de trabalho, tempo de trabalho e nexo de causalidade, enquanto elementos do conceito de acidente de trabalho previsto no Regime de Reparação de Acidentes de Trabalho e de Doenças Profissionais, com o objetivo de clarificar estes conceitos à luz do teletrabalho prestado no domicílio do trabalhador, nas modalidades de teletrabalho offline e one way line. E, também propor algumas soluções para as questões que consideramos estar em aberto, apesar das alterações legislativas introduzidas pela Lei n.º 83/2021, de 6 de dezembro.
