During the Decrease mean Age is produced a change process in the political structures, social and economic in all Europe that will evolve from a rural and feudal culture to other urban and burgess. In this transformation the forms of festive culture evolve at the same time and the city is offered as new scenic framework where is developed the holiday. In the wreath of Castille is appreciated this transformation, even though not in the same way in all its cities, due to the Reconquest.
