Abstract

El presente artículo aborda el tema de la adopción y de la fertilización asistida, no desde la familiaridad de los lugares y los lugares de lo familiar — la propiedad de lo propio y la ajenidad de lo otro, lo natural y lo artificial, lo familiar y lo extraño — sino desde la noción de ética concebida como la morada que el habitar — “ethos” — implica. Una ética de lo propio trae violencia. La adopción y la fertilización asistida plantean un problema ético no porque sean ellas mismas un problema de ajenidad sino porque dislocan la propiedad de lo propio.
