Sweet's syndrome also known as acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis, named after Dr Robert Douglas Sweet, is characterized by the abrupt appearance of painful, edematous, and erythematous papules, plaques, or nodules on the skin. Sweet's syndrome can also present with extra-cutaneous manifestations. We report a case of classic sweet's syndrome presented with scleritis in right eye and cutaneous lesions in left eye. Oral corticosteroids with dapsone and topical steroid-antibiotic combination were successful in treating cutaneous and ocular lesions. Mere treatment of ocular lesions without thorough history and examination may masquerade the possibility of a serious life threatening systemic disease.
