Abstract

Au cours des deux dernières décennies, différents auteurs ont mentionné la nécessité d'avoir de nouvelles pédagogies qui répondent mieux à l'époque actuelle, qui sont entourées d'un ensemble complexe de questions telles que la mobilité, l'interculturalité, la flexibilité des programmes, l'accréditation et la couverture académique. Fractal est une proposition de modèle éducatif pour l'apprentissage en ligne qui est formée de quatre éléments de base qui permettent aux établissements d'enseignement supérieur d'avancer dans quatre dimensions différentes : l'enseignement, la connaissance, le développement personnel et l'accès. Les éléments qui composent le modèle sont : un enseignement centré sur l'élève, une conception du programme basée sur le concept, l'hutagogie et l'ouverture. Le présent travail décrit le modèle éducatif et deux applications possibles de celui-ci dans le domaine de l'éducation, donnant ainsi lieu à une option qui pourrait transformer le programme d'un diplôme, tout en intégrant dans l'environnement formel de l'éducation en ligne, l'espace de l'éducation non formelle.

Durante las últimas dos décadas, diferentes autores han mencionado la necesidad de contar con nuevas pedagogías que respondan mejor a los tiempos actuales, que están rodeadas de un complejo conjunto de cuestiones como la movilidad, la interculturalidad, la flexibilidad curricular, la acreditación y la cobertura académica. Fractal es una propuesta de modelo educativo para el aprendizaje en línea que está formada por cuatro elementos básicos que permiten a las instituciones de educación superior avanzar en cuatro dimensiones diferentes: enseñanza, conocimiento, desarrollo personal y acceso. Los elementos que componen el modelo son: enseñanza centrada en el estudiante, diseño curricular basado en conceptos, heutagogia y apertura. El presente trabajo describe el modelo educativo y dos posibles aplicaciones del mismo en el ámbito de la Educación, dando lugar así a una opción que podría transformar el currículo de una titulación, integrando al mismo tiempo en el entorno formal de la educación en línea, el espacio para la educación no formal.

For the last two decades, different authors have mentioned the need to have new pedagogies that respond better to current times, which are surrounded by a complex set of issues such as mobility, interculturality, curricular flexibility, accreditation and academic coverage. Fractal is an educational model proposal for online learning that is formed by four basic elements that allow higher education institutions to advance in four different dimensions: teaching, knowledge, personal development and access. The elements that make up the model are: student-centered teaching, concept-based curriculum design, heutagogy, and openness. The present work describes the educational model and two possible applications of it in the area of Education, thus giving rise to an option that could transform the curriculum of a degree, while integrating in the formal environment of online education, the space for non-formal education.

على مدى العقدين الماضيين، ذكر مؤلفون مختلفون الحاجة إلى وجود طرق تربوية جديدة تستجيب بشكل أفضل للأوقات الحالية، والتي تحيط بها مجموعة معقدة من القضايا مثل التنقل والتفاعل بين الثقافات ومرونة المناهج والاعتماد والتغطية الأكاديمية. فركتال هو اقتراح نموذج تعليمي للتعلم عبر الإنترنت يتكون من أربعة عناصر أساسية تسمح لمؤسسات التعليم العالي بالتقدم في أربعة أبعاد مختلفة: التدريس والمعرفة والتنمية الشخصية والوصول. العناصر التي يتكون منها النموذج هي: التدريس المتمحور حول الطالب، وتصميم المناهج القائمة على المفاهيم، وعلم الوراثة، والانفتاح. يصف العمل الحالي النموذج التعليمي وتطبيقاته المحتملة في مجال التعليم، مما يؤدي إلى خيار يمكن أن يحول المنهج الدراسي لدرجة ما، مع الاندماج في البيئة الرسمية للتعليم عبر الإنترنت، مساحة التعليم غير الرسمي.
