Pielonefritis Akut: Diagnosis dan Tatalaksana

Abstract

Pielonefritis akut adalah infeksi saluran kemih (ISK) berat pada saluran kemih atas. Insiden akut pielonefritis di dunia mengalami peningkatan setiap tahunnya. Diagnosis dini dan tatalaksana yang tepat diperlukan untuk mengendalikan angka kejadian pielonefritis akut. Pemeriksaan untuk konfirmasi diagnosis adalah kultur urin dengan hasil yang menunjukkan pertumbuhan uropatogen sebanyak 10.000 unit koloni per mililiter urin. Penatalaksanaan pielonefritis mencakup tiga pilar, yaitu perawatan suportif, terapi antibiotik, dan kontrol.
