Abstract

La presente obra contiene algunos de mis ensayos académicos en materia de Derecho civil, los cuales son articulados en tres ejes: el Derecho de las Personas, el Derecho de la Familia y el Derecho de Sucesiones. Con dicha sistemática tripartita se recopilan interrogantes, reflexiones críticas, opiniones y propuestas de lege ferenda sobre distintas cuestiones de Derecho privado como, entre otras, la Drittwirkung der Grundrechte u horizontalidad de los derechos fundamentales, el reconocimiento y respeto de los derechos de la infancia y adolescencia, la discapacidad y el enorme impacto de la Convención ONU de 13 de diciembre de 2006 en los distintos Ordenamientos jurídicos, la situación de la mujer en el Derecho civil, la protección de la persona en el seno familiar, la posibilidad de aplicar el artículo 1902 del decimonónico Código civil español a los daños extracontractuales de índole intrafamiliar, la interpretación de la voluntad del testador, las cuestiones más problemáticas en torno a la acción de petición de herencia y a la preterición testamentaria.De la presentación de la autora
