Der Genozid an den Jesiden 2014/15
Abstract

„Ferman 74“ bezeichnet den systematischen Völkermord am jesidischen Volk durch fanatische Anhänger des sogenannten Islamischen Staats, der mit dem Überfall auf das Dorf Kotscho im Sintschar-Gebiet am 3.8.2014 begann. Der vorliegende Band dokumentiert durch über 200 Aussagen und Interviews mit Überlebenden die Selektion der einzelnen Gruppen, sexuelle Mißhandlungen von Mädchen und jungen Frauen, den Menschenhandel in Syrien sowie die Tötung tausender junger Männer und älterer Personen. Wissenschaftliche Analysen u. a. zur Geschichte der Fermane, zur Menschenrechtsfrage, zum Jesidentum aus historischer und religionswissenschaftlicher Perspektive sowie zu den Interviews aus psychologischer Sicht begleiten den Band.
