Modelo de Dados de Proveniência para uma Arquitetura de Dados Abertos Governamentais

Abstract

O Governo Brasileiro aderiu à polı́tica de publicação de dados abertos conectados, promovendo assim, uma administração mais transparente e aberta, possibilitando a participação da sociedade, fortalecendo a democracia e o combate à corrupção. Para tanto, faz-se necessária a coleta de informações de proveniência para que se saiba, por exemplo, quando, como, e porque os dados foram criados e publicados. Neste artigo, foi definido um modelo de dados de proveniência para uma arquitetura de dados abertos conectados. Para validação da proposta, foi descrito um cenário de caso de uso real em que o modelo de dados de proveniência foi utilizado.
