Adequação do perfil do profissional de TI no processo de desenvolvimento de software

Abstract

O proposito deste artigo e prover subsidios para que sejam alocados profissionais de TI com perfil ideal para assumir os diferentes papeis exercidos durante o processo de desenvolvimento de software, a partir do pressuposto de que alguns perfis sao mais apropriados aos papeis exercidos. O referencial teorico envolve os tipos de inteligencia, os tipos psicologicos, sua influencia no desenvolvimento da competencia, os papeis exercidos durante o processo de desenvolvimento de software e a adequacao ao papel. O criterio de selecao dos profissionais pesquisados tomou como base a familiaridade com os papeis exercidos. A metodologia e de natureza exploratoria, com a realizacao de pesquisa baseada em investigacao quantitativa, embora envolva um forte componente qualitativo. O instrumento de coleta de dados e composto por tres testes: o Teste de Inteligencias Multiplas, o Teste de Tipo Psicologico e o Teste de Adequacao do Profissional de TI. A analise dos dados apurou o perfil ideal dos papeis, com base no indice de adequacao entre os profissionais pesquisados, com a utilizacao do metodo indutivo/analitico/comparativo. Concluiu-se que existem perfis mais adequados aos papeis exercidos durante o processo de desenvolvimento de software.
