Principios Básicos del Bienestar, Sanidad y Etología Animal

Abstract

En este libro, los autores, especializados en el área, profundizan en los principios del bienestar, la salud y el comportamiento animal, y explica cómo estos principios conforman un marco integral para garantizar que los animales reciban un cuidado ético y eficaz. Estos principios son esenciales para comprender y promover el bienestar animal en diferentes entornos. En conjunto, promueven un enfoque holístico del manejo animal que prioriza la salud física y mental de los animales, lo que en última instancia conduce a prácticas de manejo más humanas y sostenibles. Estos principios abarcan el cuidado físico, la prevención de enfermedades, la comprensión del comportamiento y las consideraciones éticas, todo con el objetivo de garantizar que los animales lleven una vida sana, humana y plena. Al examinar los conceptos básicos de cada área, podemos comprender mejor la interconexión entre las prácticas adecuadas de manejo animal y la base científica para salvaguardar los intereses de los animales en diferentes entornos.
