Germinación de especies forestales nativas del bosque nuboso en sustratos organominerales

Abstract

Objetivo: establecer el comportamiento de germinaci´ón de cuatro especies forestales nativas del bosque nuboso utilizando sustratos órganominerales. Método: Se valuaron tres sustratos y cuatro especies forestales nativas, siendo las variables evaluadas: porcentaje de germinación de cada especie y la interacción con el sustrato. Se utilizó el diseño de bloques completamente al azar -DBCA- con dos repeticiones lo que permitió conocer las variables porcentaje de germinación, mejor sustrato e interacción sustrato-especie. Para analizar los resultados se les aplicó el análisis de varianza con un 95% de confiabilidad utilizando el software de acceso libre INFOSTAT. Resultado: se puede indicar que el sustrato 50% de suelo con alto contenido de limo + 50% de humus de bosque latifoliado presentó mejores resultados en la especie Quercus acatenanguensis con un 93% de germinación, con ello se evidencia que se puede generar sustratos de fácil adquisición para los pequeños productores de germoplasma.
