Abstract

1. SB-PC500mgとAKM100mgをネブライゼーションによって慢性副鼻腔炎患者に投与し, その後の血中濃度を対照群と比較した.2. SB-PCでは一般に血中濃度は低かったが, 定性的に血中のSB-PC陽性率は副鼻腔炎群は対照群に比較して有意に高率であった.3. AKM投与1時間後の血中濃度は慢性副鼻腔炎群では0.75mcg/ml±0.21であり, 対照群では0.51mcg/m1±0.11であり, その差は有意であった.4. 慢性副鼻腔炎鼻粘膜の抗生物質吸収亢進機構について文献的に考察を加えた.
