In this article, the competence based approach to communication issues is thoroughlyconsidered. The categorization of children's reciprocal communication, the cultivation of essential life skills, and the foundational elements contributing to the development of a child's identity are based in the course of reciprocalcommunication.Success in interpersonal and business relationships, as well as learning interactions, has been shown to be achievable through regular practice to develop the necessary characteristics and competencies.
