Puntos clave La hiperplasia angiolinfoide con eosinofilia es una lesión cutánea benigna poco frecuente y de curso crónico. La localización más frecuente es el cuero cabelludo y la región periauricular. Su etiología es desconocida, pudiendo ser un proceso reactivo a diferentes estímulos. Hay que valorar diferentes entidades para el diagnóstico diferencial. El diagnóstico se realiza por el estudio anatomopatológico. No existe consenso para un tratamiento específico.
