Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Untuk Menentukan Barang Promosi Dan Diskon Menggunakan Metode MOORA

Abstract

Promosi memiliki peran penting dalam masyarakat karena pada waktu tertentu mereka bisa membeli barang kebutuhan pokok yang sedikit lebih murah dari harga aslinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk dapat menentukan barang-barang Indomaret apa saja yang dapat dijadikan barang promosi dengan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dimulai dengan proses pengumpulan data, lalu perhitungan dengan metode moora, dan terakhir pengujian sistem hingga selesai. Proses pengumpulan data yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah dengan melakukan wawancara kepada salah satu pihak indomaret dan setelah itu dihasilkan alternatif, kriteria dan bobot yang menjadi syarat perhitungan dari Sistem Pendukung Keputusan menggunakan metode Moora. Kemudian metode yang digunakan adalah Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analisis (MOORA), yang mana akan memperoleh barang promosi yang sudah ditentukan oleh Alternatif, Kriteria, dan Bobot lalu diambil untuk menentukan barang promosi yaitu berdasarkan 25 Alternatif, 6 Kriteria, dan 5 Bobot dengan perankingan untuk pemilihan barang promosi dengan kriteria yang digunakan harga, expired/kadaluarsa, merk, jenis, kemasan dan stok barang. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini dapat menampilkan perankingan dan memilih satu set alternatif, menentukan solusi untuk masalah kriteria yang tidak sesuai serta dapat membantu mengambil keputusan agar mencapai keputusan akhir yang tepat.
