
La asociación de aneurismas poplíteos (AP) con otros aneurismas del árbol arterial es muy frecuente. Los AP son una entidad infrecuente, sin embargo, la arteria poplítea representa la segunda localización más frecuente de los aneurismas arteriales. Se presenta el caso de un paciente con isquemia de miembro inferior derecho por aneurisma poplíteo trombosado asociado a aneurisma poplíteo contralateral y aneurisma aórtico con resolución mediante técnicas combinadas de revascularización quirúrgica en miembros inferiores asociado a EVAR.
