Chatbots have become an integral part of modern customer service and communication. Rule-based chatbots, in particular, offer a simple and cost-effective solution for businesses and organizations to interact with their customers through a conversational interface. This paper explores the design and implementation of rule- based chatbots, the underlying technologies and tools, and the challenges faced while building and deploying such systems. The paper also discusses the limitations of rule-based chatbots and their future prospects. Chatbots have become a popular tool for businesses to interact with their customers and provide information and support. This paper explores the design and implementation of a bakery’s rule-based chatbot, focusing on providing information about the bakery's menu items. The chatbot's design process, implementation, and challenges faced while building and deploying the system are discussed. The paper also highlights the limitations of rule-based chatbots and their prospects in the context of the bakery industry.
