PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH AND EMOTIONAL BURNOUT OF TEACHERS

Abstract

Статья посвящена изучению проблемы психологического здоровья и эмоционального выгорания педагогов. Рассматриваются такие понятия, как «здоровье», «психологическое здоровье», а также анализируются различные исследования по проблеме психологического здоровья, эмоционального выгорания и профессиональной деформации. Психологическое здоровье педагога можно рассматривать как совокупность значимых качеств, повышающих эффективность выполнения профессиональных обязанностей. Основными факторами, влияющими на уровень психологического здоровья профессионала, являются личностные особенности и специфика его деятельности. Проявления профессиональных деформаций у педагогических работников отрицательно сказываются на их психологическом здоровье, а также в целом качестве образовательного процесса. Риск профессионального выгорания смягчает стабильная и привлекательная работа, предоставляющая возможности для творчества, профессионального и личностного роста, удовлетворенность качеством жизни в различных ее аспектах, наличие разнообразных интересов, перспективные жизненные планы. The article is devoted to the study of the problem of psychological health and emotional burnout of teachers. Such concepts as “health”, “psychological health” are considered, and various studies on the problem of psychological health, emotional burnout and professional deformation are analyzed. The psychological health of a teacher can be considered as a set of significant qualities that increase the effectiveness of performing professional duties. The main factors influencing the level of psychological health of a professional are personal characteristics and the specifics of his activity. Manifestations of professional deformations in teaching staff have a negative impact on their psychological health, as well as on the quality of the educational process. The risk of professional burnout is mitigated by a stable and attractive job that provides opportunities for creativity, professional and personal growth, satisfaction with the quality of life in its various aspects, the presence of diverse interests, and promising life plans.
