Abstract

El 15 de marzo de 2020 se anunció en la Argentina el comienzo del Aislamiento Social, Preventivo y Obligatorio [ASPO]. Desde ese momento las fuerzas de seguridad asumieron un rol central controlando el cumplimiento de las medidas adoptadas por el Gobierno Nacional y los Gobiernos provinciales. Al mismo tiempo, las medidas de aislamiento agravaron las condiciones de vulnerabilidad –déficit habitacional, trabajo informal o desempleo– de los sectores sociales desfavorecidos.En este escenario, la investigación articuló el estudio de las violencias en poblaciones en condiciones de vulnerabilidad con el accionarde las fuerzas de seguridad. Lo que nos interesó, entonces, fue analizar las violencias. En particular, nos preguntábamos si el contexto de la pandemia modificó las dinámicas violentas entre poblaciones en condiciones de vulnerabilidad, si fueron legitimadas nuevas formas de violencia y si se produjeron cambios en el accionar de las fuerzas de seguridad.
