Abstract

<p><span style="font-family: 'Times New Roman'; font-size: xx-small;">Entre el 27 y el 29 de noviembre de 1996, el Parlamento de Andaluc&iacute;a organiz&oacute; en su sede sevillana del Hospital de las Cinco Llagas, las Jornadas que dan t&iacute;tulo al libro y que posibilitaron que durante m&aacute;s de 30 horas de trabajo, se analizase y debatiera en clave cient&iacute;fica y con significado pol&iacute;tico, el funcionamiento, rentabilidades y posibilidades de reforma del sistema electoral espa&ntilde;ol y de las Comunidades Aut&oacute;nomas. En esta publicaci&oacute;n se recogen, las diferentes intervenciones que se expusieron y debatieron.</span></p>
