A caminhabilidade em ruas de Florianópolis (SC)

Abstract

Essa pesquisa considerou a caminhada como uma opção ou etapa no deslocamento urbano. O objetivo foi considerar critérios de caminhabilidade em vias urbanas, e o local escolhido situa-se na cidade de Florianópolis, em Santa Catarina. O estudo utilizou uma Planilha de Pesquisa de Campo, que conduziu a um Índice de Caminhabilidade. Contagem de Pedestres e Índice de Entropia foram, também, utilizados. Os resultados mostraram que infraestruturas adequadas tendem a atrair caminhantes, mas a diversidade de uso do solo, por si, não garante uma maior caminhabilidade.
