Efecto de reguladores de crecimiento para la propagación vegetativa de guayusa (Ilex guayusa L.)

Abstract

El estudio se realizó en la provincia Esmeraldas, cantón Quinindé en el recinto el Limón, se evaluó el efecto de reguladores de crecimiento para la propagación vegetativa de guayusa (Ilex guayusa L.). Se estudiaron 3 tratamientos (Auxinas): tratamiento 1: ANA ácido naftanelacético (2,75 mg/l), tratamiento 2: ANA ácido naftanelacetico (5,50 mg/l) y tratamiento 3: aib ácido indolbutírico (10,00 mg/ha) generando 7 repeticiones, se utilizó el diseño completamente al azar, con 5% de probabilidad de la prueba de Duncan. De acuerdo con los resultados obtenidos en la presente investigación se concluye lo siguiente: T1: ANAácido naftalenacético en dosis de (2,75 mg/l) y T2: ANA Ácido Naftanelacético en dosis (5,50 mg/l) presentaron un promedio de 85% ambas con raíces, T3: AIB-Ácido Indolbutírico dosis (10,00 mg/l ) con 72%; T1: ANA- ácido naftalenacético en dosis de (2,75 mg/l) reportó el mayor volumen de raíz y longitud con un promedio de (4,2 mg/l) y (7,76 mm) respectivamente.
