Abstract

Clinical History: A 26-year-old male patient was evaluated with a recent onset of low-grade fever, cough and shortness of breath.The man is a baker, nonsmoker, allergic to some drugs and common allergens. He suffered from bronchial asthma, eczema at hands and feet and nasal polyposis. His past medical history showed a previous episode of pericarditis.
