Watching Brief at Watching Brief for Temporary Compound, A12 J13-15

Abstract

A watching brief was maintained during a topsoil strip for the extension of a temporary compound on Writtle Road, north of Margaretting associated with the 12 Junction 13-15 upgrade. A single feature was revealed during the watching brief comprising the truncated base of a small irregular pit of unknown function and date.
