Abstract

Bugungi kunda qator boshqruvchi raxbarlar – menejerlar, katta-katta korporatsiyalar rahbarlari eng muhim resurs sifatida – “kadrlar”ni keltirishmoqda. Chindan ham yigirma birinchi asr axborot asri sifatida tarix zarvaraqlariga muhrlangan bo’lishiga qaramay, suniy intellek insonning nafaqat aqliy balki ijodkorlik faoliyati vazifalarini ham bajarishga qodir bo’lishiga qaramay ijtimoiy va iqtisodiy sohada natija va samaradorlikni ta’minlovchi eng muhim omil bu – inson bo’lib qolmoqda.
