Abstract

Maqolada 2023-yilda umumxalq referendumida ma’qullangan yangi Konstitutsiya O‘zbekiston xalqi uchun muhim ahamiyatga ega ekanligi, u mamlakat siyosiy tizimini modernizatsiya qilish, demokratik boshqaruvni mustahkamlash, inson huquqlarini himoya qilish, iqtisodiy o‘sish va taraqqiyotga ko‘maklashishga qaratilganligi yuzasidan fikr-mulohazalar berilgan. Shuningdek, mazkur Konstitutsiya mamlakatning yanada farovon va demokratik kelajagi uchun poydevor yaratishi alohida ta’kidlangan.
