Abstract

Mit der vorliegenden Open-Access-Strategie bekräftigen die Mitgliedshochschulen der Digitalen Hochschule NRW (DH.NRW) ihren Willen zur vollständigen Überführung der Forschungsergebnisse des Landes in den Open Access. Dazu formuliert es folgendes Ziel: Der freie Zugang (OA) und die umfassende Nutzbarkeit von wissenschaftlichen Publikationen sollen – unabhängig vom jeweiligen Publikationstyp – in NRW Standard sein. In dieser Strategie werden bei der Realisierung dieses Ziels auftretende Herausforderungen benannt sowie Empfehlungen gegeben, wie diesen begegnet werden kann.
