Abstract

Es gibt derzeit weder empirische Ergebnisse noch ein best practice zur Darstellung von Frequenz- und Auslastungsinformationen in digitalen Medien. Dieser Kurzbericht beschränkt sich daher darauf, mögliche und tatsächlich genutzte Varianten zu systematisieren und Bewertungskriterien vorzuschlagen. Unter allen betrachteten Varianten scheint die Ampel das einfachste und verständlichste Format zu sein.
