Abstract

El desarrollo de la alfabetización informacional y el aprendizaje a lo largo de la vida es una prioridad de trabajo del profesional, indispensable para acceder y utilizar la información de manera autónoma. La alfabetización informacional dota al profesional de competencia informacional, para la cual se debe ser capaz de reconocer cuándo se necesita la información y ser capaz de localizarla, evaluarla y usarla con eficacia y efectividad. El objetivo de la presente investigación se orienta hacia: realizar un analísis estadístico neutrosófico para la evaluación de las habilidades de alfabetización informacional en los profesionales que asisten a la sala de atención al doctorado. Se realizó un estudio analítico descriptivo desde una perspectiva neutrosófica en la sala de doctorado del Centro Provincial de Información de Ciencias Médicas de Guantánamo, durante el semestre enero–junio de 2020. El universo de estudio estuvo conformado por 150 usuarios de ellos fueron escogidos 75, seleccionados intencionalmente. Para la obtención se utilizaron métodos y técnicas teóricas, empíricas y matemáticas-estadísticas. Los principales resultados denotan un nivel adecuado de efectividad y validez.
