Abstract

La Universidad Virtual de Salud, institución académica virtual que cuenta con la participación activa y creadora de las instituciones académicas, docente-asistenciales e investigativas, por lo que no resulta ajena en la situación actual de la pandemia por la COVID-19. Existen dicimiles herramientas metodológicas para investigar esta temática, sin embargo en la presente investigación se asume el enfoque neutrosófico, es por ello que la presente investigación tiene como objetivo: realizar un análisis estadístico neutrosófico sobre la caracterización de la Universidad Virtual de Salud durante la covid-19, Universidad de Ciencias Médicas Guantánamo. Se realizó un estudio analítico descriptivo con recolección retrospectiva de la información sobre el uso de las herramientas interactivas. Se emplearon métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos matemáticos. Los que luego de su aplicación evidenciaron que los resultados obtenidos fueron válidos y confiables
