Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo realizar un estudio desde la perspectiva neutrosófica para la valoración de empleo de las lubricadoras automotrices en el cantón Riobamba y su incidencia en la contaminación de aguas residuales, a fin de identificar si quienes administran estos establecimientos tienen y conocen cómo gestionar y eliminar los aceites lubricantes de la forma debida que establece la ley, de igual manera se realizó un análisis de las normativas que rigen el uso y administración de los aceites lubricantes, normativas que van de la mano a favorecer una debida gestión ambiental. En la investigación se utilizaron métodos y técnicas teóricas, empíricas y estadísticos matemáticos. Antes de aplicar los instrumentos se realizó una preparación de los actores implicados en la investigación, los resultados obtenidos evidencian su nivel una efectividad a partir del análisis estadístico y neutrosófico aplicado.
