Abstract

O presente artigo é resultado de uma aula prática, desenvolvida pelos autores na comuna do Trumba, Município do Kwítu, Província do Bié, no Liceu nº174 Chinduva. O mesmo tem como objectivo, analisar a utilização da fotografia como recurso no Ensino-Aprendizagem da História, num contexto real e prático. Na sua concretização, recorreu-se aos métodos quer teórico como empírico: indução-dedução, observação directa, revisão bibliográfica e análise documental. Depois de várias investigações concluiu-se que a fotografia é um recurso extremamente importante para o processo de Ensino-Aprendizagem da História, uma vez que, a sua utilização em sala de aula, permitiu aos alunos, por meio das observações das fotografias, identificar sujeitos, descrever as fotografias e instigou-lhes a indagar ou questionar sobre o que eles observavam. Daí que é necessário a sua utilização como recurso, pelo facto de estimular a inteligência dos alunos e permite, ao professor, a utilização de uma metodologia mais activa e participativa.
