Die Fahrzeugindustrie Berlin-Brandenburgs im Sog der Mobilitätswende und der Digitalisierung: Eine qualitative Kurzstudie

Abstract

[German below] This study is a qualitative survey of companies and works councils in the automotive value chain in the Berlin-Brandenburg capital region for the regional transformation network "ReTraNetz-BB". This report is based on a qualitative survey of 15 companies in the capital region from the automotive value chain. Guideline-based expert interviews were conducted with 26 people from works councils and management in order to record the effects of the mobility transition and the digitalization on the companies and to find out what the companies need in terms of support for the transformation. The report concludes with recommendations for the work of the regional transformation network.
