Abstract

Аннотация: Кобальт ва никель барча тирик организмлар учун ҳаётий муҳим микроэлементлардан бири бўлиб, одам организмида қон ҳосил бўлишида, асаб толалари, мушаклар ва жигар кабиларнинг фаолиятида бевосита иштирок этади. Кимёвий жиҳатдан қаралганда бирикмаларда икки ва уч валетлик намоён қилади ва катализатор сифатида иштирок этувчи гидролитик ва оксидланиш-қайтарилиш ферментлари таркибига киради. Комплексланиш хусусиятига эга эканлиги метаболизм жараёнида фаол қатнашиб, мушак оқсилларини синтезини активлаш, гемоглабин миқдорини, қоннинг шаклли элементлари миқдорини оширишда қатнашади. Ортиқча миқдордаги ушбу микроэлементлар потологик ҳолатларга сабаб бўлади.
