Abstract

Das Projekt "Stadt der Zukunft auf Probe - Ein Wohn- und Arbeitsexperiment für ein klimaneutrales Görlitz" lud 18 interessierte Personen ein, den Standort Görlitz für drei Monate als Wohn- und Arbeitsort auszuprobieren. Mit ihren Ideen, Inputs und Erfahrungen sollten sie die Stadt auf ihren Weg zur Klimaneutralität bis zum Jahr 2030 unterstützen. Die Präsentation gibt Einblicke in die Aktionen und innovativen Ideen der Teilnehmenden.

Das Projekt wird im Rahmen der "Nationalen Stadtentwicklungspolitik" vom Bundesministerium für Wohnen, Stadtentwicklung und Bauwesen (BMWSB)/Bundesinstitut für Bau-, Stadt- und Raumforschung (BBSR) gefördert. Das Leibniz-Institut für ökologische Raumentwicklung (IÖR), vertreten durch das in Görlitz ansässige Interdisziplinäre Zentrum für transformativen Stadtumbau (IZS) setzt das Projekt gemeinsam mit lokalen Partnereinrichtungen um.
