The original aim of the Milestone was to provide for: (i) a summary of our current mapping research this far; (ii) a state of the art overview of the implementation of art. 17 CDSM Directive and EU and national level; and (iii) a discussion on potential approaches to the second part of our project (of a more evaluative nature). The event was planned to be a legal expert workshop, however, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we had to organize the event as an online webinar, titled “The Regulatory Landscape for Copyright Content Moderation: Evaluation and Future Trajectories”. The event involved over 60 participants from all across (and beyond) Europe. This Report describes the outcomes of the Workshop.
