Sistema de recomendaciones para el manejo ortodóntico de paciente con apicoformación incompleta

Abstract

La rizólisis es el desgaste patológico de la raíz dental a causa de un agente traumático, en este caso el movimiento ortodóntico, es uno de los efectos secundarios más comunes que el ortodoncista teme que suceda dentro de sus tratamientos, siendo los principales factores el tipo, la calidad y la dirección de fuerza aplicada a un diente en desarrollo. La ortodoncia en pacientes en dentición mixta es una preocupación del ortodoncista en saber si lo debe realizar o no, tomando en cuenta los ápices abiertos y la inmadurez en su desarrollo, siendo el objetivo de este tratamiento eliminar un trauma oclusal o simplemente un problema estético. A pesar de que se ha comprobado que los tratamientos a esta edad son más eficaces en ciertas situaciones bien diagnosticadas. Se ha demostrado que las cargas leves y movimientos constantes puedes controlar los efectos secundarios de los tratamientos. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo desarrollar un sistema de recomendaciones para el manejo ortodóntico de paciente con apicoformación incompleta.
