Abstract

La resolución de las lesiones de las partes blandas representa un gran desafío para el cirujano. Presentamos un paciente diabético que sufrió un accidente de tránsito y a consecuencia lesión de partes blandas en extremidad inferior derecha cuyo tratamiento se realizó con bomba de presión negativa, Sistema de Cierre Asistido al Vacío por sus siglas en inglés (terapia VAC). Se desarrolla un método para la evaluación multicriterio neutrosófica sobre el tratamiento con bomba de presión negativa para las lesiones de partes blandas en los miembros en pacientes diabéticos. Se toma como escenario de implementación un caso clínico de paciente diabético que sufrió heridas graves en miembro inferior derecho, las cuales fueron tratadas mediante desbridamiento quirúrgico, bomba de presión negativa y cirugía reconstructiva. El paciente atendido se recuperó sin signos de infección. Se realizaron 7 limpiezas quirúrgicas por arrastre y una vez en condiciones para procedimiento reconstructivo se realizó injerto de piel. El tratamiento con bomba de presión negativa (VAC) es útil, eficaz, seguro y genera un ambiente controlado que favorece la curación, con bajo índice de complicaciones.
