La educación básica a distancia en tiempos de COVID19

Abstract

Objetivo. Este artículo analiza la estrategia Aprende en casa, diseñada por la Secretaría de Educación Pública federal, y su implementación en el estado de Tlaxcala, México. Metodología. El enfoque de la investigación fue cualitativo exploratorio a partir de la decodificación de la información, la identificación de categorías de análisis y el diseño de matrices factuales y analíticas. Se trabajó en las reuniones virtuales de coordinación entre los 28 jefes de sector y 210 supervisores de los diferentes niveles y modalidades de educación básica. Análisis de resultados. Los resultados muestran que la mayoría de los estudiantes participaron en la estrategia y un uso limitado de las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación para el aprendizaje en los alumnos, docentes y directivos que derivó en un cumplimento de los aspectos operativos, pero con incumplimientos en los aspectos sustantivos de la parte final del ciclo escolar 2019-2020. La herramienta más utilizada en la comunicación de las actividades fue Whatsapp debido a la influencia de los padres en su realización. Conclusiones. Se concluye que el uso de tecnología no fue suficiente para llevar los aprendizajes a los estudiantes. Es imperativo intentar transitar de una enseñanza remota de emergencia a una educación a distancia más inclusiva
