Abstract

Die explorative Kurzstudie „Das Urheberrechts-Wissensgesellschafts-Gesetz in der Praxis“ untersucht mittels qualitativer Interviews die Praxistauglichkeit des 2018 eingeführten Urheberrechts-Wissensgesellschafts-Gesetzes (im Folgenden als UrhWissG abgekürzt). Fokussiert werden dafür die vier Bereiche Bildung, Bibliotheken, Verlage und Wissenschaft. Neben der Praxistauglichkeit der Regelungen werden aus der Perspektive der Befragten etwaige Anpassungsbedarfe und Wünsche an die Ausgestaltung des UrhWissG in der Zukunft ermittelt.
