Abstract

Projektet Improved Access to Welfare Services by Digital Solutions riktades till barn och familjer, personal inom social- och hälsovården samt beslutsfattare,. Som indirekt målgrupp fungerade även den offentliga sektorn i form av de enheter som ansvarar för vård och omsorg samt tredje sektorns aktörer. Projektperiod: 1.6.2021-28.02.2022. Projektpartners: Åbo Akademi University, University of Vaasa, Novia University of Applied Sciences och VAMK University of Applied Sciences Finansiär: Vasa Stad. Hanke Improved Access to Welfare Services by Digital Solutions oli suunnattu lapsille ja perheille, sosiaali- ja terveysalan henkilöstölle sekä päättäjille. Välillisenä kohderyhmänä toimi myös julkinen sektori, terveydenhuollon yksiköiden ja kolmannen sektorin toimijoiden muodossa. Hankeaika: 1.6.2021-28.02.2022 Yhteistyökumppanit: Åbo Akademi University, University of Vaasa, Novia University of Applied Sciences ja VAMK University of Applied Sciences Rahoittaja: Vaasan Kaupunki.

Rapporten är skriven på svenska och finska. Raportti on kirjoitettu ruotsiksi ja suomeksi.
